On Friday 10th and Saturday 11th April 2026, The Provincial Panto team once again delighted audiences with a production of their annual pantomime.
This year’s pantomime, Cinderella, was enjoyed by more than 200 adults and 40 children over three performances at the Newmarket Masonic Hall.
At each performance a member of the audience was invited to join the cast on stage to play the King at the beginning of act two, as Prince Charming held his annual ball. Those lucky victims included our Provincial Grand Master, Mark Shields on Saturday evening, and our Provincial Senior Grand Warden, Dave Kirkham on Friday evening.
Produced and directed by Mark Long BEM, and assisted by Peter Crussell, the three performances raised a massive £3,000, which will be donated to Arthur Rank Hospice.
